Shipping and Returns
Karner Blue Candle and Supply Return/Exchange Policy
  If an item is defective, broken, damaged or incorrect product you must do the following:
- Contact Karner Blue Candle and Supply immediately at 608-258-2558 or email orders@karnerbluecandle.com. Please be detailed and provide pictures.
- Karner Blue Candle and Supply will determine if the product should be returned or disposed. Products that are to be returned must be received within 30 days of order date.
- If Karner Blue was at fault for shipping of incorrect goods then Karner Blue will compensate by either deducting partial shipping costs if a refund is to be given or ship out a replacement free of charge.
- If a product needs to be returned to Karner Blue due to Karner Blue's error then shipping costs will be reimbursed.
**If goods must be returned safe packaging is required. Broken or damaged items will not be accepted and/or refunded.**
UPS may need to be contacted and all packaging must be kept until otherwise notified.


If the buyer/recipient decides that they are unsatisfied with their product for any reason, they may return it for a full refund of the retail price, or exchange it for another item of their liking as follows:
- Receipt/Order information is required.
- Refunds must be completed in the form they were received (e.g. is purchase was made via PayPal, refund will go to the same account via PayPal) or credit will be issued.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging and in sellable condition.
- Shipping costs are the responsibility of the party requesting the return/exchange.
**Goods being returned must be in safe packaging. Broken or damaged items will not be accepted and/or refunded.**
